Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in an inbound Customer Service associate role, in a BPO or contact center.
• 1+ years of experience in a high-end retail Customer Service environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and embrace change.

Responsibilities

• Support customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners.
• Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and email.
• Facilitate the flow of information between delivery stakeholders.
