Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in FP&A, finance, or workforce analytics.
• Strong accounting knowledge, including familiarity with IFRS or U.S. GAAP.
• Proven experience in financial forecasting and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning with headcount forecasts and utilization models.
• Conduct demand forecasting aligned with client hiring needs.
• Track departmental expenses and deliver monthly variance analyses.
• Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting.
• Produce financial reports and summaries for leadership.
