Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

• Experience with virtualization technologies.

• Perform Remote Standards and Alignment Reviews.
• Develop and maintain Clients Standards templates.
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold best practices.

Windows troubleshooting

Mac OS troubleshooting

Server management

VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization

Support for MS Office

Endpoint cybersecurity

Basic knowledge of Firewalls

Experience with Managed Service Providers

Education

5+ years in IT Support or similar role

Active Server Certifications (preferred)

CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or CCNA (preferably)
