Role Overview

This role is ideal for strong swimmers and adventure-sport enthusiasts who are passionate about safety, teamwork, and guest engagement. Successful candidates will join the lifeguard team, ensuring a safe aquatic environment and supporting park operations.

Job Type: Full-time, 1–2-year renewable contract
Work Type: Onsite (Overseas Placement)
Location: Relocate to Saudi Arabia

Requirements
  • Excellent swimming ability and strong water confidence.
  • High physical fitness and endurance.
  • Experience in at least one of the following:
    • Advanced swimming
    • Surfing
    • Rope or rock climbing
    • Rafting or kayaking
    • Scuba diving
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and a safety-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor aquatic areas to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests.
  • Perform water rescues and provide immediate first-response assistance when required.
  • Uphold and enforce all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Engage professionally with guests to support an enjoyable and safe experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training, including lifeguard certification upon arrival.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multicultural operational team.

Lifeguard training will be provided upon arrival. Face-to-face interviews will be conducted in South Africa in mid-December.
