About the Role

Location: Bedfordview (Hybrid possible) WatersEdge Solutions is hiring a Release & DevOps Specialist to join a leading long-term insurance provider. This is a critical role in managing smooth, repeatable, and high-quality software releases. You'll bridge development, QA, and operations—helping the team deliver scalable software systems in a production-grade environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and own the software release calendar and coordination
  • Plan, communicate, and document release processes across environments
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Automate deployment processes across development, staging, and production
  • Maintain parity between staging and production environments
  • Implement rollback strategies and recovery processes
  • Collaborate with IT and QA to ensure environments are secure and production-like
  • Troubleshoot and resolve staging/production issues
  • Provide visibility via dashboards and release readiness metrics
What You'll Bring
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in automated deployments for .NET, Blazor, and SQL Server
  • Expert knowledge of Git branching strategies
