Overview

SA - Gauteng, Germiston Regional Sales Representative Based in Germiston - but areas serviced will be North West Province, selected Northern Cape areas, and Pretoria

Compensation and Benefits

• TCTC : R20,000 – R26,000 per month (experience-dependent). Can be discussed further if experience fits the scope.
• Components : Basic + Commission, Car Allowance, Petrol Card, Pension Fund, Cellphone Allowance.

Qualifications

• Valid SA driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (stable / roadworthy).
• Strong data literacy : confident with Excel / Google Sheets (lookups, pivots), basic CRM usage, and data-driven decision making.
• Sales experience : ~2–7 years field or account sales (FMCG, consumer goods, office / school stationery or similar). High-potential candidates with less experience but strong aptitude will be considered.
• Proven self-management : territory planning, time management, and follow-through
• Experience with major retailers / wholesalers and field sales tools (e.g., Skynamo).
