Job summary

A leader in the FMCG/Retail sector in Durban seeks a dynamic Regional Operational Financial Manager. This role requires a Registered CA (SA) with at least 5-7 years of experience managing financial functions and a team in a stock-heavy environment. Key skills include financial oversight, operational management, and team leadership. Competitive remuneration of up to R1.1Mil C.T.C. per annum, excluding bonuses, is offered. Only South African citizens will be considered.

Prism Placements and this leader in the FMCG / Retail sector is looking for a highly professional and dynamic Regional Operational Financial Manager CA to join their team in Durban (KZN) and their 6 branches across KZN.

Experience & Requirements

• Registered CA (SA).
• Min 5-7 years experience in a similar role where you've managed the entire financial function in a stock-heavy environment with a turnover of no less than R250M pa.
• Must have managed a team for no less than 5 years.
• Someone who has excellent operational hands‑on financial skills and can run a small business from top to bottom with the GM.

Remuneration

• Up to R900K R1.1Mil C.T.C. per annum excluding performance bonuses.
