Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Regional Manager: Financial Planning services.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement effective business sales strategies
  • Provide input on sales policies and procedures
  • Recruit Sales Managers that meet FAIS requirements
  • Support of Sales Managers and para planners
  • Oversee sales team to meet the production targets
  • Implement and maintain sales strategic plan for region, to ensure that region meets its set target, i.e. in terms of Annual Premium Income (API) and policy count and product mix
  • Manage and maintain budget to meet sales targets
  • Oversee recruitment, development and maintenance of distribution channels
  • Oversee the training and development of Sales Manager
  • Provide guidance and advice to Sales Managers
  • Market research
  • Develop a strategic plan to identify potentially new markets
  • Focus on relationship management with various stakeholders
  • Conduct research and develop marketing plans
  • Achievement of targets
  • Oversee the management of business retention at sales level
  • Provide input in Sales meeting
  • Produce sales progress report
  • Market Intelligence & reporting
  • Prepare reports and presentations
Qualifications:
  • Matric

Experience:
  • 3-5 years Management experience
