Job summary

A progressive company in Johannesburg seeks a Regional IR Manager to oversee industrial relations and manage disputes. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and ability to lead training initiatives. Our successful Regional IR Manager

Manages industrial relations processes and disputes in compliance with policies and processes, and take appropriate action where necessary.

Establishes training needs and arranges appropriate fulfilment thereof.

Implements steps to building relationships through positive communications and reliable, accurate administration.

Leads and facilitates formal communications, consultations, and meetings with stakeholders.

Ensures timely and accurate submission of reports and documentation to relevant bodies in relation to CCMA and Labour Court proceedings.

Actively participates in employment equity matters.

Proactively mitigates against risks.

Operates effectively both independently and collaboratively to maintain and deliver high-quality standards.
