Position

Roche Diagnostics Johannesburg is recruiting for a Recruitment Graduate for a 6 month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Gain firsthand experience in recruiting within a complex international environment
  • Be responsible for elements of the recruiting processes (sourcing, scheduling, screening and assessing candidates) using our e-recruitment system Workday and Phenom
  • Partner with experts in the P&C community and various business departments
  • Learn key skills such as planning, organising, stakeholder management and candidate experience
  • Build and benefit from a broad network within P&C at Roche and get to know different P&C areas
  • Connect with employees all over the world and learn how Roche develops groundbreaking medicine
Qualifications

  • You are an ambitious student who has recently completed or is about to complete a qualification preferably in Business, Psychology, Life Science or in a related field
  • A person who works proactively and brings a high level of initiative for qualitatively high professional management, as well as a dedicated attitude
  • An excellent communicator across different hierarchical levels, with a service oriented demeanor
  • Prior HR administrative experience will be preferred
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Proficient in English
  • Ideally experienced in GSuite, social media tools (e.g. LinkedIn) and fascinated by digital solutions or similar experience in a recruitment function
