In this role, you will be responsible for managing and vetting applications, specifically for engineering positions across industries or educational institutions. Your expertise will be critical in identifying top talent from job boards, ensuring only the best candidates are presented for placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Vetting candidate applications: Review CVs from job boards, assessing qualifications and experience against job requirements.
• Screening candidates: Ensure applicants have relevant skills and experience tailored to industry or education roles as per open job opportunities.
• Shortlisting qualified candidates: Identify top talent and pass on only the best candidates to hiring teams.
• Communication and reporting: Maintain clear communication with recruitment teams and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
