A growing recruitment firm is seeking a motivated Recruitment Administrator to manage candidate onboarding processes remotely. Responsibilities include contacting candidates, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to the recruitment team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in administration or recruitment, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable using Outlook and Excel. As a Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be responsible for finding, contacting, and onboarding cleaners across the UK. You’ll work closely with the recruitment team to keep candidate data accurate, manage communications, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact candidates via phone and conduct short interviews.
  • Maintain online candidate records.
  • Keep Excel sheets and records accurate and up to date (data capturing).
  • Manage emails and calendars using Outlook.
  • Provide general admin support to the recruitment team.
  • Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages.
