Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Receptionist & Personal Assistant (PA) role based in Witbank. The position involves performing a variety of receptionist and administrative duties, managing incoming and outgoing communications, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the daily operations of the office. Responsibilities also include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, petty cash handling and reporting, provide professional assistance to the Director and assisting with organizational and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office functionality.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and directing visitors
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Clerical Skills, such as filing, organizing, and managing correspondence
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Assist with procurements
  • PA to Director which includes diary management and actioning requests communicated by the Director
  • Proficiency in office management tools and software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in office administration is an advantage
