Receptionist & Cashier Diep River

Were recruiting a professional Receptionist & Cashier for a busy automotive branch in Diep River. This is a front-facing role where youll be the first point of contact for customers and responsible for accurate cash handling and admin support.

You will:

  • Welcome customers and visitors, manage the switchboard, and direct queries.

  • Process sales transactions using POS/ERP systems (cash and card).

  • Balance the till, reconcile cash, and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Keep the reception area neat, organised, and professional at all times.

  • Handle basic office/admin tasks and stationery stock control.

You need:

  • Matric.

  • Previous receptionist / cashier or front-desk experience.

  • Confident on Microsoft Office and comfortable learning ERP systems.

  • Strong communication skills, professional telephone manner, and attention to detail.
