Job summary

A hospitality service provider located in Durban is seeking a Receptionist to provide excellent customer service and manage front desk operations. You will greet visitors, operate the switchboard, manage meeting bookings, and maintain a professional reception area. The ideal candidate must have a Matric certificate, at least three years of related experience, and proficiency in MS Office, alongside fluency in English and Zulu.

Qualifications

  • Matric is essential; an Administrative Diploma is advantageous.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or administration.
  • Fluent in English and Zulu.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with document preparation, photocopying, and stationery control.
  • Support Finance and Administration teams with ad hoc tasks.
  • Document and process walk-in Shesha/Womoba sales accurately.
  • Adhere to Tsebo’s SHEQ standards and policies.
