Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company in Pretoria seeks a motivated Raw Material Dispenser responsible for managing raw material in compliance with safety and quality standards. Candidates must hold a Grade 12 or equivalent and have a minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include receiving raw materials, weighing according to recipe, ensuring good housekeeping, and maintaining safety protocols. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Request and receive all raw material from Stores.
  • Complete and record all records and proper label all raw material.
  • Weigh raw material according to recipe and in compliance with relevant SOPs.
  • Correct storage of material in Dispense Room.
  • Ensure good housekeeping.
  • Attend and participate in all relevant company safety programs.
  • Maintain workplace safety and follow established safety guidelines.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices including wearing required PPE.
  • Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
  • Work shifts as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety.
