Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or property sector.
• Proficient in industry-standard QS software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions and commercial qualifications for construction projects.
• Collaborate with senior management to enhance tender strategies.
