A detail-oriented and proactive Property Maintenance Coordinator is needed to join a growing property management team. This role is key to ensuring tenants, landlords, and service providers receive a professional, efficient, and seamless service experience. This opportunity is full-time in-office with micro flexibility, working Monday to Friday from 08h00 - 17h00. This role offers the opportunity to be the link between tenants, landlords, and contractors while ensuring that maintenance requests are handled smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log and manage all reported maintenance requests on RedRabbit on the day they are received.
  • Provide same-day feedback to tenants and landlords regarding queries or reported work.
  • Appoint service providers, follow up on quotes, and coordinate approvals with landlords.
  • Track work progress, complete follow-ups, and confirm tenant satisfaction once jobs are finalised.
  • Provide consistent communication to both tenants and landlords, ensuring transparency.
  • Visit properties from time to time to check the quality of contractors’ work.
  • Be available for after-hours emergencies (e.g., burst geysers or urgent repairs).
  • Ensure all invoices and deductions are correctly managed within monthly timelines.
Performance Will Be Measured By
  • Number of open tickets.
  • Turnaround time to complete maintenance jobs.
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • At least 3 years' experience working in a busy, fast-paced office environment.
  • At least 1 year's experience in property management, facilities, or maintenance coordination is advantageous.
