Overview

Property Management Group seeks an experienced Property Co-Ordinator for our buildings in Western Cape. Applicants must have no criminal record or been blacklisted by a credit bureau. Applicant must have a valid and unendorsed driver's license. Incumbent must have at least 5-8 years of experience in all the following areas:

Job Description

1. Debt Collecting
2. In & Out inspections of units
3. Checking on cleaners
4. Inspect and check on Buildings/General
5. Inspect all units once/twice a year
6. Check legitimacy of tenants once/twice a year
7. General survey with tenants yearly
8. Show units to prospective tenants
9. Complete application forms and forward to Head Office
10. Tenant meetings
11. Property administration
12. Enforce contractual obligations
13. Ensure rules and regulations are followed by tenants
14. Customer service
