About the Client:

End-to-End Construction & Fit-Out
Building Compliance (Occupation Certificates)

We craft spaces that reflect a brands identity, culture, and workflow balancing stunning design with practical compliance, landlord regulations, and Cape Town's building standards. By analysing client interactions, movement, and business needs, they create optimized, beautiful environments tailored to each brand.

Purpose: To manage turnkey interior projects across all 7 stages from client brief to handover while coordinating design, procurement, contractor management, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full project lifecycle: charter, cost, compliance, execution
  • Work with Lead Designer to align design intent and budget
  • Oversee procurement timelines and contractor scopes
  • Coordinate site meetings, QA/QC, and reporting
  • Monitor cost engineering, risk logs, and progress updates

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in interior or construction project management
  • Experience with Buildertrend, Excel, and budget tools
  • Strong client communication and reporting discipline

Qualifications and Professional Bodies:

  • Diploma/Degree in Project or Construction Management
  • Member of SACPCMP or PMI (PMP designation beneficial)
