Job Purpose

To manage and deliver medium to large-scale projects — or multiple smaller initiatives — from initiation to completion, within agreed scope, budget, and timelines. This role requires a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure project objectives are achieved with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver projects end-to-end within agreed scope, timelines, and budget

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute project deliverables

• Operate with a high level of independence and accountability

• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively

• Provide regular and accurate project status reports to stakeholders

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives

• Ensure consistent documentation and compliance with delivery frameworks

Qualifications & Certifications

Preferred Certifications:

• Agile / Scrum Master

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent

Experience Required

• 5–8 years experience in project management, ideally within a Project Management Office (PMO) or structured delivery environment

• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects or multiple concurrent initiatives

• Experience operating in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments

Technical & Professional Knowledge

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks

• Skilled in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar)

• Budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning expertise

• Ability to manage Agile ceremonies and sprint-based delivery

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing ability
