The successful candidate will oversee the importation of clinical trial supplies, ensuring smooth delivery, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client service from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Compliance Management

• Manage the import process for global clinical trial supplies
• Conduct compliance reviews for new shipment requests
• Collaborate with internal research teams and external compliance stakeholders
• Coordinate internal functions to ensure timely delivery and regulatory alignment
• Create bespoke quotes and project proposals for client review
• Ensure seamless handovers from project scoping to service execution

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong international client relationships
• Communicate compliance requirements and key timelines clearly
• Present updates and tailored logistics solutions throughout the project lifecycle
• Resolve client escalations and ensure ongoing satisfaction

Operational Oversight & Delivery

• Lead project planning and manage timelines from end to end
• Work cross-functionally to resolve operational and compliance challenges
• Monitor project execution and adapt solutions where necessary
