Project Manager

Roman's Pizza Head Office is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in retail and tenant coordination to oversee the refurbishment and construction of new stores across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in tenant coordination and project management within the retail property sector.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the refurbishment and construction of new stores.
  • Act as the primary liaison between landlords, franchisees, contractors, suppliers and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Coordinate and monitor tenant fit‑outs, ensuring compliance with design and operational guidelines.
  • Work closely with leasing teams to ensure timely handover and opening of new stores.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and reports, ensuring timely and cost‑effective completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings, resolving any issues or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and property owners to facilitate smooth negotiations and project execution.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tenant Coordinator or Retail Project Manager in shopping centre / mall projects.
  • Strong understanding of tenant fit‑out processes, lease agreements, and mall operational standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent personal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
  • Relevant degree / diploma in Project Management, Construction, or Retail Property Management (preferred).
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple project sites.
