Job Description

Responsibilities

• Read through the customer specifications and compliance reports as per the customer requirements.
• Define the milestone deliverables (Base Design / BOM / Detail Design) as per the project requirement.
• Define the scope of work.
• Accountable for the On Quality Delivery of the milestones of the project as per the Milestone database
• Preparation of technical documents for procurement.
• Participate in customer meetings as required. Active participation in project review meeting
• Supports trouble shooting for onsite issues and provides disposition actions.
• Can do proper root causing analysis for the technical issues.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Railway Systems Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience (better working on ETCS project).
• Experience in railway onboard systems design, integration, and interface management.
• Knowledge of ATP systems and vehicle adaptation principles.
• Familiarity with wiring diagrams, pneumatic systems, and mechanical installation standards.
• Should have good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders within/outside organization.
• Chinese speaking, with proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
