Detailed Scope of Services:

We are seeking a Project and Portfolio Support Partner to strengthen our client's operational effectiveness and executive enablement. This role will support the Technology Enablement function, providing both administrative and strategic support.

The scope of which includes:
Executive and Governance Enablement:
  • Support the preparation, coordination and enhancement of executive and governance reporting (monthly and ad hoc).
  • Consolidation, structuringand quality assurance of inputs from multiple stakeholders.
  • Ensuring clarity, consistencyand executive-ready standards across all materials.
  • Managing submission timelines and dependencies.
Operational and Administrative support
  • Booking venues, meeting roomsand logistics for key sessions (i.e. PI planning, workshops, strategy sessions).
  • Preparing packs and supporting materials.
  • Tracking actions and follow-up from key forums.
Presentation and Design Support
  • Enhancement of executive presentations and reporting material, ensuring consistency in design, messagingand brand alignment.
Portfolio and Strategic Initiative Support
  • Support the tracking and communication of key strategic initiatives (IB Digital Programme and Sustainable IT Programme), including structuring updates and dashboards, tracking progress, dependencies and milestones, visually enhancing updatesand deliverables.

The ideal individual will be highly organised and operationally strong, comfortable working with senior leaders, has strong communication skills and brings structure and clarity to complex environments.
