Job summary

A community-focused nonprofit organization in Cape Town is seeking a Program Administrator to provide essential administrative support to their programs team. Job Description

The Program Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the Cape Town programs team, managing day‑to‑day operations such as coordinating events, overseeing data capturing, and ensuring compliance with program workflows and office management.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Higher Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related qualification
Experience
  • Attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and data accuracy are essential
  • 1‑3 years’ experience in administration and supporting general administrative tasks
  • Ability to support and oversee program logistics
  • NGO/NPO experience or experience working in community outreach programs would be advantageous
  • Strong computer literacy - Microsoft Office Suite, GoogleDrive and DropBox, and open to learning other technical skills
  • Basic financial admin understanding is advantageous
