Job description

Job Description : Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

Provide guidance, supervision and training to junior staff.

• Review and approve support plans to ensure they are accurate, individualized, and reflective of residentcentered care principles.

Monitor the implementation of support plans. Handling and administration of medication according to guidelines set out in the policy.

Timeously ordering of medication and requesting of 6 monthly chronic scripts.

Monitoring and recording of side effects and adverse effects.

Educating junior staff regarding the supervision of swallowing medication as well as potential side-effects.

Administering of medication according to manufacturer's guidelines.
