Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise mining operations, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and safely
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, ensuring targets are met within budget
• Manage and mentor a team of miners, ensuring they are well‑trained and motivated
• Monitor and report on production metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain equipment and infrastructure, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed
• Communicate effectively with management, vendors, and regulatory agencies
