Minimum requirements :

• Matric
• Relevant qualification in Production Management, , or related field (advantageous)
• 5 Years’ experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role
• Experience within the sheet metal or metal fabrication industry is essential
• Proven ability to implement process improvements and optimise production efficiency
• Solid understanding of manufacturing safety and quality standards
• Basic computer literacy
• Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
