Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare cook and present high-volume meals in line with standardised recipes and production schedules.
• Maintain excellent food quality taste and presentation across all dishes.
• Support the planning and organisation of daily production requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety hygiene and allergen control procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the production kitchen at all times.
