Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring the success and growth of each account. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual who can act as the primary point of contact for our clients and coordinate with various divisions to meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the voice of the client to the agency, ensuring their needs and goals are effectively communicated and met.
  • Account Oversight: Manage 10-15 Amazon accounts, taking full responsibility for their success and performance.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with all divisions, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor account performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
