As a Procurement Manager, your mission is to drive revenue growth by expanding and retaining our client base across various fresh produce categories, both locally and internationally. You’ll be the key link between our products and the market, ensuring our offer meets the needs of our clients while staying ahead of industry trends.

What will you do? Your role highlights
  • You will be conducting market analysis to identify untapped business opportunities.
  • You will be driving market share growth via strategies for market penetration and client base expansion.
  • You will be establishing effective communication with potential clients.
  • You will be providing exceptional customer service to foster long-lasting relationships, including managing SLAs.
  • You will be implementing strategies for client retention and repeat business.
  • guiding new clients through the onboarding process.

Requirements
  • You have an academic qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
  • You have experience in Leadership, Agricultural Economics, or Project Management.
  • You are fluent in English and other languages will be a plus
  • You have more than 10 years of experience in the agriculture industry in commercial, supply chain and management positions
  • You know our crops, specially table grapes.
  • You have excellent MS Office and Excel skills.
  • You have experience with relevant export systems.
  • You have leadership, organizational and mentoring skills.
  • You have a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and pay attention to detail.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • You have the ability to act as a change agent or catalyst for change.
