Introduction

At InteliGro, we’re obsessed with farmer success — and that starts with the right products, at the right time.We’re looking for a Procurement Coordinator to help us deliver on our promise of complete Crop Solutions by supporting the Procurement Manager in sourcing quality Crop Protection products and implementing smart commodity strategies across the Central and Northern Regions.You’ll play a key role in keeping our stock and logistics operations running smoothly, ensuring that our teams and our farmers have what they need to grow and succeed.This position is based in either Wellington (Western Cape) or Viljoenskroon (Free State).

• Customer Service: Ensures timely, professional handling of all customer and internal enquiries by resolving complaints, communicating critical delivery information, and improving satisfaction through structured feedback and follow‑up systems.
• Operational Management: Supports the efficient functioning of the Crop Protection portfolio and ensures timely reporting of product pricing to maintain operational excellence.
• Product Portfolio Management: Assists in budgeting, procurement, stock oversight, tender handling, and supplier coordination to ensure strategic alignment, product availability and optimal capital usage.
• Stock Control: Manages all aspects of stock orders, availability, purchasing, returns, consignment and back orders through accurate communication, daily follow‑ups and proactive stock level monitoring to prevent shortages and ensure smooth operations.

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Procurement, inventory control and logistics experience will be preferable.
• Experience in the crop protection industry will be advantageous.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Diploma in procurement, inventory control and / or logistics management or similar qualification or;
• Senior Certificate with three years’ relevant experience.
