Job description

This senior network engineer role involves leading the Manage Services Department and overseeing technical guidance, installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of server operating systems, applications, network infrastructure, and endpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of server operating systems, applications, network infrastructure, and endpoints
• Maintaining and optimizing network, server, and cloud services for clients
• Engaging with stakeholders to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure timely project delivery and issue resolution
• Identifying risks and implementing contingency plans proactively
• Analyzing existing operations and recommending process or technical improvements
• Scheduling training sessions for team members or client staff
• Updating work schedules, documenting configurations, and performing troubleshooting as required
• Mentoring junior team members in technical and operational tasks
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to internal and client stakeholders
