Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience post community service year.
• Minimum 1 year People Management experience.
• Registration as Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of pharmaceutical care and safe dispensing.
• Manage and control all operational activities of the dispensary.
• Ensure operational viability of the dispensary through sound financial management.
• Effectively lead competent and motivated employees.
• Schedule staff appropriately and manage records.
• Drive customer service initiatives for great customer experience.
• Integrate clinic and pharmacy services.
• Support company values and customer expectations.
• Promote cohesion between store operation, pharmacy, and clinic teams.
• Drive a high performing business culture.
