Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the Director's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
