This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual eager to grow in digital marketing, supporting the Performance Marketing Lead in executing campaigns across multiple channels. It's a great opportunity to develop hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment while helping drive the success of small businesses.

DUTIES
  • Assist in the management and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, and other channels.
  • Support the Performance Marketing Lead in analysing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Help manage the online sign-up funnel and free trial campaigns, aiming to increase conversion rates. Contribute to A/B testing efforts and the analysis of results to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a keen interest in paid search and social media.
  • Experience in Google Ads is mandatory
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics.
  • Previous experience in a B2B or telecom/SaaS environment is advantageous but not required.
