A leading company in People Operations is looking for a skilled individual to manage day-to-day People Operations. The role demands a minimum of 2 years of experience and proficiency in Workday. You will be responsible for onboarding new hires, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. Working in the People department you will manage all day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle including promoting high engagement and stakeholder management by implementing People initiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
