Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with divisional leadership to design and implement people strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead initiatives in employee relations, talent management, and change management.
  • Deliver consistent and compliant HR support across recruitment, performance management, and engagement.
  • Drive transformation and compliance through effective employment equity and BBBEE practices.
  • Use HR data and analytics to provide insights that inform workforce decisions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 5–8 years' experience in HR partnering or generalist roles.
  • Strong exposure to BBBEE, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Sound understanding of HR legislation, HRIS systems, and performance frameworks.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
