This is a hands‑on leadership role supporting our strategy to protect current offerings and grow into adjacent markets, while uplifting leadership capability across international regions.

What We’re Looking For

• Tertiary qualifications in business, human resources or a related discipline (preferred).
• Significant experience as a P&C/HR leader within Engineering / Projects EPC/EPCM service provider organisations or process equipment supply organisations in the minerals sector.
• Ability to grow leadership behaviours and influence key stakeholders.
• Skilled in managing complex environments and addressing situations quickly and directly.
• Resilient under pressure with strong critical thinking and ambition.
• Passionate about driving performance, engagement, and growth.
