Job summary

A leading food production company in South Africa is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate payroll completion and reporting. Responsibilities include reconciling payroll accounts and performing general salaries administration. Ideal candidates should have a Matric, ideally a tertiary qualification, and payroll experience, with knowledge of Ergonomix and T|Rec being advantageous. Strong administrative skills and the ability to handle pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric – an applicable tertiary qualification would be an added advantage.
• Payroll experience with exposure to Ergonomix will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of the T|Rec System would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Accurate completion of the monthly payrolls.
• Compilation of monthly reports.
• Reconciliation of payroll general ledger accounts.
• General salaries administration.
