Job summary

A leading payroll solutions provider is seeking a Payroll Administrator for their Brakpan location. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end payroll for wage staff, utilize SAGE VIP Software for accurate processing, and coordinate closely with Group Human Resources. Candidates must hold a Matric certificate and have a minimum of 3 years' experience with SAGE VIP Software. This role involves handling payroll queries, preparing reports, and adhering to quality standards. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

  • 3 years' experience working with SAGE VIP Software.
  • Knowledge of MIBFA Bargaining Council required.
  • Experience with WCA Claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • End to end processing of payroll for wage staff.
  • Manage TNA Time and attendance System.
  • Prepare and remit monthly contributions.
  • Run month end and year end payroll processes.
  • Handle staff payroll queries and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
  • Capture hours and input all information on VIP Sage system, manage the TNA Time and attendance System
  • Process month end and year end.
Duties
  • End to end processing of company payroll for wage staff
  • Collate payroll information, process, produce reports and file accordingly.
  • Prepare and remit monthly contributions
  • Prepare all payroll related reports for the manager
  • Input new employees and terminations on system, as well as changes to information
  • Handling staff queries regarding payroll
  • Run month end processes
  • Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports
  • Work closely with Group Human Resources
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records
  • Year-end processing and reconciliation including payment summaries.
  • Ad hoc HR and Payroll matters
  • Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the company's integrated management system.
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct manager.
