Our client based in Groot Drakenstein, Paarl, Cape Town is in need of a Payroll Administrator for 3 - 4 months.
The Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of employee compensation within the organization. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of payroll operations, including data collection, processing, reconciliation, and reporting, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing complex payroll cycles using Sage 300. This role supports operational efficiency by ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and seamless coordination with HR and Finance teams.
