Overview

Job title: Parts Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and storage for brands such as Haval and Chery.
  • Assist customers and service staff in sourcing correct parts and handling special orders.
  • Monitor sales, profitability, and expenses, implementing strategies to boost parts sales.
  • Compile a business action plan and contribute to marketing initiatives to grow the business.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate parts staff to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage vendor relationships, and ensure adherence to manufacturer and company standards.
  • Stay informed on product lines, industry trends, and technical developments.
Qualifications
