In under three years, we’ve achieved 10x growth and continue expanding rapidly, delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients every day.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Part‑Time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own our entire hiring function end‑to‑end. Your job will be to source, assess, and secure the kind of A‑players who raise the bar across the company. This isn’t just about filling roles – you’ll be designing and running a structured recruitment process, building pipelines of top‑tier talent, and ensuring every candidate experience reflects the high standards of our brand.

  • Source & Pipeline Build: Proactively find, headhunt, and attract top‑tier talent across departments, using targeted outreach, Boolean search, and creative sourcing to keep pipelines full of qualified candidates.
  • Screening & First‑Touch Calls: Conduct structured screening calls that assess capability, culture fit, motivation, and alignment, giving candidates a clear, professional, and positive first experience with the company.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage interviews end‑to‑end, from scheduling to communication, ensuring every stage flows smoothly and candidates move through the process with speed and clarity.
  • Assessment & Scorecarding: Use structured scorecards and evaluation frameworks to ensure consistent, fair, and high‑quality assessments.
  • Offer Management & Closing: Prepare and extend offers, handle negotiations professionally, and maintain strong close rates by building trust and communicating with precision.
  • Onboarding Ownership: Lead new hires from Day 1, ensuring expectations are clear, resources are ready, and every new team member is set up for early success.
  • Candidate Experience & Communication: Maintain detailed notes, track every candidate touchpoint, and uphold a standard of communication that leaves candidates feeling respected and well‑informed.
  • System Building & Process Optimization: Collaborate with leadership to refine hiring systems, interview structures, onboarding workflows, and reporting processes to continuously improve speed and hiring quality.
  • Data & Reporting: Track key recruiting metrics like time‑to‑hire, offer acceptance, onboarding success and pipeline health.
  • Market Research & Benchmarking: Stay ahead of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability so the company remains competitive and attracts the right people.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department leads and the Managing Director to understand role needs, refine job posts, and ensure each hire supports the company’s long‑term growth plans.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions.
  • Strong preference for experience in online marketing, education, coaching or similar fast‑moving online businesses.
  • Technically equipped: comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, ATS/CRM systems, assessment tools, scorecards and structured interviews.
  • Fluent communicator who speaks and writes with clarity, professionalism and confidence; represents the company with a polished, candidate‑friendly presence.
  • Process‑driven and organized: keep pipelines clean, notes detailed, scorecards consistent, and candidates moving with speed and precision.
  • Independent operator who doesn’t need hand‑holding.
  • Coachable and growth‑oriented, responsive to feedback and continuously looking to improve systems, processes and overall hiring performance.
  • High standards: expect excellence from yourself and others; believe in hiring only A‑players and understand the impact each hire has on the company.
What We’re Offering
  • Competitive, experience‑based salary range: $15–$20 per hour.
  • Work from Anywhere: fully remote position.
  • Flexible hours: structure your workday to fit your life while meeting company needs.
  • Ongoing growth: training, resources and development opportunities; potential to scale into a full‑time role as hiring volume increases.
  • Ownership & impact: build a world‑class hiring system from the ground up; shape the team, culture and long‑term growth of the company.
  • Leadership collaboration: influence key hiring decisions and help define the standard for who joins the company.
