We're seeking a Cold Outbound Specialistwho's highly autonomous, technically sharp, and AI‑savvy. You'll be responsible for setting up, running, and optimizing cold outbound systems — includinglead sourcing, domain management, inbox management, reporting, and meeting booking. You'll manage everything inand be comfortable usingGPT and other AI toolsto streamline processes and scale efficiently.
You'll be responsible for the entire outbound funnel : Prospect Research & List Building— find and qualify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) using Apollo and related tools.2.
Deliverability & Domain Management— warm up sending domains, maintain sender reputation, and manage deliverability.3.
Inbox Management— monitor replies, handle responses, and maintain organized follow‑up sequences.

Calendar Management— schedule meetings directly on our (or our clients') calendars.5.
Reporting & Optimization— track key metrics (open rates, replies, booked meetings) and continuously optimize campaigns.
Deep experience with — can manage the full workflow independently- Proven experience running cold outbound campaigns(email + LinkedIn outreach preferred)- Familiar with email deliverability best practices- Excellent written English — clear, persuasive communication- Strong understanding of AI tools (especially GPT)to automate and enhance workflows- Detail‑oriented and highly autonomous — minimal supervision required- Organized and process‑driven Bonus PointsExperience in SEOor other digital growth channels- Previous work with eCommerce or marketing agencies- Understanding of CRM systems(HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
