We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outdoor Controller to support our vibrant store and aid in providing exceptional customer experiences.

Job Objectives
  • Operational Support: Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, staffing support, and maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Financial Monitoring: Help oversee budgeting and financial performance, including executing sales reports and managing cash-handling procedures.
  • Customer Service: Support the team in providing top-notch service, ensuring that every visitor has a positive experience while exploring our range of outdoor products.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, inventory orders, and product displays to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to implementing local marketing initiatives and assist in community engagement efforts to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Grade 12
Experience
  • Proven experience in retail operations or support roles, preferably within the outdoor or sporting goods industry.
  • A passion for outdoor activities and a solid understanding of customer needs in this category.
