Overview

Job Title: Operations Manager

Contract Status: Full time, on site, permanent

Industry: Supply Chain

Location: Durban

Purpose

Accountable for the management of processes, people and operations within the Bond division ensuring costs are managed. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulations and legislation in respective of the bond license. Ensure that all equipment and assets are tracked and managed in accordance with the management information system template and process.

Qualifications

Qualifications: NQF Level 7 – Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics / Warehouse management

Drivers License: Required

Experience

Minimum 5 – 8 Years experience in a Senior Operations Management position focusing on warehousing and logistics in a similar industry. Advantageous: 3 Years’ experience in Warehousing / Transport, specialising bonded cargo.
