A leading logistics company in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead strategic projects and enhance operational excellence across its service centre. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations and a relevant qualification in Operations Management. Responsibilities include managing improvement projects, overseeing new systems rollouts, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to drive change.
We are looking for a forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead strategic projects and drive operational excellence across our service centre’s, warehousing and distribution network. This role focuses on process improvement, project implementation, infrastructure planning, and cross-functional alignment, rather than daily warehouse supervision. You will work closely with the National Service Centre Manager and the Warehouse Manager, who oversees daily activities on the floor.
