To be considered for the General Manager/Operations Manager position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Experience Requirement: A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager.

Position Overview

As the Group Operations/General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the organization. You will oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, with a specific focus on manufacturing top‑quality trailers and delivering truck solutions, transportation, logistics and truck sales. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and ensuring our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead, motivate and manage operational teams to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies in alignment with the company’s growth and financial goals.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment and vehicles, to meet operational objectives while maintaining cost‑effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure trailer manufacturing and truck solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations. Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Budget Oversight: Develop and manage operational budgets, closely monitor financial performance and implement cost‑control measures.
• Logistics and Distribution: Lead our logistics and distribution teams to optimise transportation routes, warehouse operations and inventory management, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, industry standards and environmental sustainability. Implement safety measures to protect our workforce, assets and environment.
• Data‑Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance, identify trends and make informed, data‑driven decisions.
• Customer Focus: Maintain and enhance the highest levels of customer service standards, promptly addressing any operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
• Proven leadership experience
